Passive vs. Active Investors
Investing in Real Estate takes much more than money alone; it takes education, research, experience, and networking to succeed.
Passive investing allows you to have ownership in an apartment building without having to invest all the time and work researching, sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining the property.
Before investing passively, you will certainly be required to review all the specifics of the investment opportunity. But once you do this and you put your hard earned money to work for you, you won’t be required to do much more besides receiving your quarterly distributions.
We, the active investors at FIG, will work on your behalf to operate the property in the most efficient manner to deliver the projected returns and the best place to live to our tenants.
